Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Principal Investigators to prepare and submit federal and non-federal grants.
  • Monitor grant accounts, track expenses, and provide grant and financial reconciliation.
  • E nsure compliance with internal policies, federal and local agency requirements, including FDA and Institutional Review Board regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate budgets for clinical trials.
  • Assist with research participant billing.
  • Maintain research practices using Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Participate in required training and education programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Specialty research certification, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in research grant administration.
  • Experience with clinical trial budgeting, excellent communication skills, and understanding of federal grant submission guidelines.
