Key Responsibilities

• Assist foremen in fence installations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Maintain a positive company image by providing excellent customer service and adhering to safety policies.
• Prepare job sites for installation, including digging holes and mixing concrete.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment, promoting efficient workflow.
• Operate hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring timely transportation of personnel and equipment.
• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions, adapting to changing environments.
• Follow all safety and environmental policies, prioritizing employee well-being and company reputation.

Requirements

• Construction experience preferred, but not required.
