Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Assess, hire, and retain top talent, providing comprehensive training, supervision, and coaching to ensure team success.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve staff and patient issues, developing timely and effective solutions.
  • Operational Execution: Consistently execute the PDS Operational Model, meeting office imperatives and driving revenue and profit growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage expenses, achieve monthly goals, and maintain cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, delivering effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and accurate reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
  • Skills: Results-oriented, effective team builder, patient advocate, process-focused operator, financial acumen, influencer, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Dental plans, insurance fees, administrative guidelines, and business principles.

  • Competitive Salary: $29.00-$40.50 per hour.
