About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Southborough Veterinary Hospital. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience every time they visit our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with medical emergencies, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Basic medical knowledge and understanding of animal behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with practice management software and basic computer skills.
