Your Role
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
  • Enhance your product knowledge and sales skills to become a trusted expert in our offerings, including features and technology.
  • Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Develop skills to effectively address customer objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to your daily responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a dealership setting is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset is preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn about new products and improve continuously.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Must be prepared to undergo a background check.
