Job Description

Softeon, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to join our team in either Reston, VA or Atlanta, GA offices. This critical role guides customers through the software adoption journey, ensuring successful project implementation and expansion.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong growth mindset, highly accountable, and skilled at collaborating with customers and internal teams. With an underlying understanding of database structures and data flow, they can leverage Softeon's expanding enablement technologies to drive ROI results for customers.

This position requires excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting complex information to individuals and small groups. They must be able to conduct effective meetings and lead discussions on operational improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Consultation: Communicate directly with customers, evaluating recommended solutions based on Softeon applications and customer expectations. Assume primary configuration/testing responsibility for all Softeon solutions (WMS, Billing, Labor, etc.) and lead discussions on operational improvements.
  • Assessment and Development: Assess customer business needs, develop appropriate solutions, and lead using the Softeon Challenge-Refine methodology. Review RFP requirements and product documentation with the customer to confirm scope of the project.
  • Ongoing Deployment Strategy: Ensure baselines are appropriately established, oversee development and implementation of change documentation or release management policies, and monitor testing and defect tracking.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technology-related field is required.
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in software solutions and life cycle, preferably within the supply chain industry.
  • Significant knowledge of Supply Chain Execution applications (WMS, WES, automation integrations, etc.) is essential.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
