As a Medical Assistant with ProHealth Physicians, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the health and well-being of our community.
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and support to our care team
- Perform clinical and administrative tasks, including patient intake and documentation
- Assist with phlebotomy and other clinical procedures
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient service
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or ability to obtain within 120 days
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care setting
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
