C&S Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, support key team members, and develop your skills in construction management.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine aspects of construction management under close supervision, applying principles learned in your course of study.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform tasks.
- Collect and prepare data for evaluation.
- Assist in the coordination of projects from conception to final plan preparations.
- Provide support to staff members as needed.
- Communicate incidents, accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe working conditions to a supervisor or the Health and Safety Department.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, with completion of sophomore year preferred.
- Flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other 3D modeling systems.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous internship experience or involvement in a related student association a plus.
