Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:
- Lead the resident care team on your unit, ensuring high-quality care and services
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other nurses to promote a positive and supportive work environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for residents, including charting and medication administration
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Foster strong relationships with team members, residents, and families to ensure a positive and respectful care experience
Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- At least three years of experience in long-term care, with a focus on leadership and supervision
