Your Daily Activities:
- Assist clients in understanding and accessing our services. Utilize your training and problem-solving skills to effectively address client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Employ your attentive listening skills to quickly identify client needs and document all communications in real-time
- Collect essential demographic and insurance details, entering data into the department's system
- Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate resources (management, clinical support, billing, etc.)
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Familiarity with Avatar software is advantageous
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
