Key ResponsibilitiesOur service technicians are tasked with addressing client needs through both routine and emergency maintenance of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine and emergency repairs on commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
- Performing maintenance on commercial and process refrigeration units.
- Completing all necessary documentation, including time-cards, work orders, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Maintaining regular communication with the dispatcher regarding job details and progress.
- Informing clients about additional services or products that may benefit them.
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration service.
- Valid EPA certification.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Type S electrical license is preferred.
- Natural gas certification.
- LP gas certification.
- NORA Silver oil certification.
- Valid driver's license.
