We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Robert and Lawson, LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Operate large volume cooking equipment, such as grills and fryers, with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with menu promotions and advertisements, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
