Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated post-bar law clerks eager to evolve into skilled litigators within our employment class action practice. Ideal candidates will have recently completed the bar exam, showcasing a strong academic record and exceptional writing abilities. This role provides invaluable experience while awaiting bar results, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the California Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing legal documents
- Conducting interviews with clients and witnesses
- Drafting legal pleadings and motions
- Managing written discovery processes
- Preparing meet and confer correspondence
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are essential. Previous experience in employment class actions is advantageous.
