Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in North Conway, NH. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring proper payment is received and accurate information is recorded.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and helpful manner, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Follow procedures for posting charges and settling guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively address and resolve guest problems, increasing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and hotel policies, providing guidance and support to guests as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
