Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy personnel to provide excellent customer service and support the overall success of the pharmacy department.
  • Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical ability to remain upright for sustained periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks such as operating a cash register and inspecting products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
