We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Assets Product Manager to join our team at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and bringing to market our suite of digital assets products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with technology, sales, and marketing teams to deliver new capabilities and enhancements, and develop strategies for building community on new product and service offerings.
- Translate customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and stay in sync with regulatory requirements.
- Manage achievement of project deliverables, including coordination of efforts across various functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and within a quality framework.
- Monitor project budgets for specific initiatives/projects, identify potential risks to achieving project objectives, and elevate to appropriate management.
- Assist in product training efforts for all touchpoints to both internal and external customers, inclusive of documentation, publications, E Training tools, FAQs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong background in financial services/capital markets a must.
- Technical background with knowledge of blockchain technology and distributed systems.
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
