We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Medical City Weatherford. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
- Meet the program requirements, including working a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period, floating to other facilities as needed, and working four weekend shifts and two holiday shifts per 32-week period.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
