Urologist - Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C.

We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY). As a Urologist with PAGNY, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Medical Care: Function independently to complete history and physical data on patients, perform complete physical exams, and interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Order and Interpret Diagnostic Tests: Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient needs.
- Prescribe Treatment: Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate, educate, and supervise Advance Practice Providers (APPs) in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
- Manage Patient Care: Provide medical care in high-functional setting. Responsible for all patient interactions within area of service. May manage both acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with Multi-Specialty Colleagues: Collaborate with multi-specialty colleagues, working as an integral part of a world-class health system.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Coordinate and manage assigned panel of patient care across assigned level of service such as emergency, primary, inpatient, specialty, clinic, dental, mental health, substance abuse, home care, and all other covered services.
- Maintain a Work Schedule: Maintain a work schedule that may include evenings and weekends, in order to ensure the continuity of care for the department, setting, and/or network.
- Share Responsibility: May share responsibility with other providers such as other Attending Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.
- NY State Medical License
- Board Certified or Eligible in Specialty
