Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Health RN at Salem Hospital, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs;
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements;
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, demonstrating expertise in managing complex patient cases;
  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or MSN preferred);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A valid BLS certification, reflecting your commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Estimated Salary
