We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Residency Program Director to lead our fully accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program at HCA Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and educational leadership to the Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives in collaboration with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine
- Recruit and manage faculty and staff to support program growth and success
- Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and maintain program accreditation
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement strategies for program growth and development
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
- At least 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
- Strong administrative and team building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
