We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinically Licensed Therapist to join our team in Indianapolis, the Heart of the Midwest.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to clients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Work in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and community-based programs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's in social work or other License-eligible field
  • Fully licensed for the following; LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, OR LMFT in Indiana

Benefits:

  • We offer full clinical supervision for licensure.
  • We also offer staff development dollars for every employee.
  • We offer sponsorship (such as H-1B sponsorship) for the therapist position, but the applicant either must be licensed, or license-eligible, in LMHC, LCSW, LCAC or LMFT, which typically requires a U.S. degree.
  • We have an immediately vested 401k.
