Dietary Aide

The Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center LLC seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our food service team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality meals are prepared and served to our residents.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas, serving and delivering food, and ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.

• Assist in preparing and serving high-quality meals to residents
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Deliver food to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the food service director

To be considered for this role, you must be able to lift 50 pounds and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
