Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This role involves providing top-notch maintenance services for our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain necessary paint inventory for anticipated turnovers and annual painting tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance painting schedule for common areas, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
- Repair and maintain equipment owned by the community, storing it properly when not in use.
- Ensure grounds, curbs, and property aesthetics meet the FPI Curb Appeal Policies.
About You
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- You possess a valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- You are proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English and have basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
- You hold a High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $24 - $25 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
