Affordable Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Affordable Community Housing Manager to join our team at Monarch Management Group Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $19-$21 per hour, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits including affordable health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holidays.

• Building Operations: Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
• Leasing Activities: Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals.
• Resident Support: Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly, fostering a positive community environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
