Job Summary:

As a Youth Advocate with Youth Advocate Programs, you will play a vital role in serving youth and families in our community. This part-time position requires a dependable and committed individual who can serve as a positive role model for youth in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Bi-Lingual/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
