Arcade Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Buford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service and create a fun atmosphere.
• Assist guests with game operations and ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain their operation to guests.
• Notify Game Technicians of any machine errors and return game play credit to guests.
• Actively engage with guests and look for ways to enhance their experience.
• Monitor guest safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify management to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on Andretti brand, products, and policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and perform other duties as required.
