The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will design and implement technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and systems. They will ensure the delivery of highly secure and optimized solutions for performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural oversight of Salesforce Sales Cloud activities to ensure best practice application and data model designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging Salesforce technologies to understand their impact and leverage them within the organization.
- Evaluate new Salesforce compatible technologies and propose investments supported by thorough technical analysis and business cases.
- Contribute to strategic technology planning and anticipate business needs to effectively plan.
- Provide technical guidance, training, direction, and reviews to development teams to ensure designs and standards are followed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Lead role on one or more Salesforce Implementation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development, including security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Einstein, data management, and sandbox environments.
- Demonstrated experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, such as Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling and integrating with API Management tools like MuleSoft.

Compensation
Our salary ranges for this position are $145,000—$194,000 USD for New York City locations, $133,000—$178,000 USD for remote premium locations, and $126,000—$169,000 USD for remote standard locations. Variable incentive compensation and stock options may also be available.
