Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator for our Last Mile Supply Chain division. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatching processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Logistics Operations Coordinator will:
- Perform clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information.
- Maintain records or logs and verify the completion and accuracy of information.
- Set up and maintain files and records.

Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- A high level of dependability and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- The capability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two years of administrative and clerical support experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $19.50 based on experience.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 30 days.
- 401(K) Savings Plan with company match.
- Paid time off and holidays within the first year.
- Up to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave.

Work Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
