As a key member of our MedSurg Business, you will be responsible for leading the development and commercialization of new vascular access medical devices and dressings to advance the Tegaderm product platform.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Develop and execute global product strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-value projects.
  • Lead the development of next-generation vascular access solutions, from concept to commercialization.
  • Scale up new medical device developments from the bench to manufacturing.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for NPI and change management activities related to catheter securement and catheter performance.
  • Explore new technologies and sensors to expand the value associated with the Tegaderm portfolio.
  • Protect new inventions through aggressive IP filing.
  • Maintain external knowledge of competitive developments and participate in thought leadership opportunities.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong command of product and process understanding principles.
  • Proven competency in leading and executing high-priority programs from ideation to commercialization.
  • Experience with medical device design control requirements.
  • Expertise in developing new test methods and scale-up of systems.
