Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cable Assembly Associate to join our team at FASTENER DISTRIBUTION HOLDINGS LLC. As a key member of our electronics assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling cable harnesses, reading customer drawings, and wiring schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cable harnesses according to written control plans
  • Read and interpret customer drawings and wiring schematics
  • Cut wire and heat shrink to specified measurements
  • Distinguish between different wire colors and pinout connectors
  • Perform wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and wire cutting tasks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a ruler test and color assessment test
