Roze Room Hospice is a leading provider of hospice and palliative care services in Southern California. With 25 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the community, dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to those in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and coordinate the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including pain management and symptom control
  • Collaborate with the attending physician, Hospice Medical Director, and other members of the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify changing patient needs and update care plans accordingly
Requirements:
  • Current California RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience as a professional nurse within the last three years or Baccalaureate in Nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
