Key Responsibilities of a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural machinery and systems.
  • Exhibit troubleshooting skills across all diesel technology systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains.
  • Opportunity for overtime as workload necessitates (any hours exceeding 8 per day are compensated at 1.5x your hourly rate).
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment proactively.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Commit to continuous learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards and product advancements.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Potential travel to other company and customer locations.
