Mixology Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails and providing exceptional guest service.

• Develop and implement new cocktail menus, using fresh ingredients and creative techniques.
• Pour drinks accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and driving sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
