Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Indigenous Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing our Indigenous Peoples Policy and promoting cultural diversity and inclusion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Indigenous representation in our workforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote cultural awareness and understanding
  • Provide support and resources to Indigenous employees to help them succeed in their careers
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote diversity and inclusion
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses strong leadership qualities, high initiative, and outstanding technical and analytical abilities. You will have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities, as well as experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to a candidate who identifies as Native American. We frequently seek qualified candidates in various functional areas, including engineering, information systems, pipeline operations, accounting, and business.
