Key Responsibilities

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Verify that all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Organize the dish room to optimize workflow and reduce clutter.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Transport kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
