Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Tree Trimming Trainee at Lewis Tree Service Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform line clearing and tree trimming duties for utility customers
  • Climb trees for manual trimming and removals in and above power lines
  • Operate and maintain equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
  • Remove limbs and brush, clean up and dispose of debris
Requirements:
  • At least six months experience as a crew member or equivalent working around utility wires
  • Ability to perform physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs to shoulder height
  • Capable of operating two-handed equipment and withstanding extreme climate variances
  • Willingness to obtain specialized training and certifications

Estimated Salary: $21.29 hourly
