Pharmacy Director

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business growth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
• Manage inventory, financials, and workflow to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization
• Experience in pharmacy management or leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
