About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant Lead to join our team at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a Car Wash Attendant Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional car wash experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders and sell Unlimited Memberships with accuracy and speed.
  • Handle credit card transactions through the kiosk and assist customers with transactions.
  • Help maintain a safe and clean working environment by completing daily checklists and implementing safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Support the car wash site manager with supervision of daily activities and provide backup support when needed.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to motivate others and be a cooperative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism through dress, behavior, and customer interactions.
  • Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends, holidays, and various hours.
