Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and complete tax returns
- Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
