We are seeking a qualified Staffing Coordinator/Infection Preventionist to support our team in providing innovative, responsible healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess a high school education or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care or medical setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing schedules for the nursing staff, interacting with employees to cover daily staffing requirements, and securing coverage for vacant shifts. They will also prepare and complete daily nursing hours reports, calculate nursing hours daily to meet PPD requirements, and maintain a log of daily PPD and month-to-date PPD.

The Staffing Coordinator/Infection Preventionist will communicate with admissions on a daily basis for census and admission/discharge status of patients, review daily punch detail reports, and verify hours worked. They will also identify trends and provide innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts to continually improve systems and processes.
