As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting and acknowledging every customer, being knowledgeable of our products and presenting them using company sales techniques, and performing all other aspects of customer service in the fishing department.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge every customer
  • Be knowledgeable of products carried and present to customers using company sales techniques
  • Perform all other aspects of customer service in the fishing department
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
  • Communicate customer requests to management
  • Keep the department clean and organized
