Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and Packing

Accurately select and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged.

Order Inspection

Thoroughly inspect each order for accuracy and completeness before shipping.

Warehouse Organization

Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Meeting Performance Goals

Meet hourly and daily goals for accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Availability

Must be available to work 9am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and navigate a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Eligibility

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
