Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Montgomeryville Nursing&Rehab in Montgomeryville, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification
• One to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting preferred
