Eyecare Assistant

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a dedicated Eyecare Assistant to join our team at Target Optical. As an Eyecare Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting patients in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.

• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Cultivate existing customer relationships and build new ones to consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
