Our team is committed to advancing biopolymer research and development. As a Biopolymer Scientist, you will work closely with our Cell Engineering, Process Engineering, and Bioprocessing teams to support and advance R&D in protein and biopolymer process development. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine qualitative and quantitative analysis of macromolecules, maintaining and troubleshooting HPLC, UPLC, and SEC-MALS instruments, and designing and executing scientific studies with clear goals and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Biochemistry, with a fundamental understanding of protein, peptide, enzyme, polysaccharides, and other biomolecules. At least 2-3 years of industry experience in analyzing proteins, peptides, polysaccharides, and small molecules is required. Experience with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Liquid Chromatography (Reverse Phase, SEC), GC, and mass spectrometry instruments is essential. A working knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and proficiency in software such as JMP, R, and Python are also preferred.
