Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing process while exercising independent judgment.
  • Adhere to detailed documentation and instructions to perform process-oriented tasks such as testing, inspecting, or advanced assembly.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and seek guidance for resolution when necessary.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Operate multiple machines while ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Utilize machinery and tools effectively, selecting appropriate processes and programs for production tasks.
  • Conduct audits of materials and assemblies to ensure quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Understand and meet customer expectations, particularly in relation to Customer to Order (CTO) requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Typically 2-4 years in manufacturing operations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Strong mathematical and reading comprehension abilities.
  • Demonstrated physical capabilities, including manual dexterity.
  • Excellent understanding of operational tools and procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the business function and segment.
  • Basic computer software proficiency.
