Larrynce Lynch Corp. is seeking a seasoned Heavy Vehicle Dispatcher to join its growing team. As a critical member of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and dispatch vehicles, managing multiple routes and schedules simultaneously. You will also communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles to meet customer requirements
- Manage multiple routes and schedules simultaneously
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Monitor and report on vehicle performance, maintenance, and compliance issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in freight management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and transportation regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistical software systems
