We're a dynamic and fast-paced fitness studio looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Studio Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our studio to success and ensuring our members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive studio growth and member engagement
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, customer service, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with our sales team to drive revenue growth and member acquisition
  • Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for our members
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of our Orangetheory Fitness model
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
