We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Hastings Independent School District 200. The successful candidate will work with children from birth to 3 and ECSE, providing specialized instruction and services to support their communication needs.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and assess children's communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized goals and outcomes for IFSPs/IEPs
- Provide specialized instruction and services to children, including home visits and daycare visits
- Consult with parents and other service providers to ensure effective provision of services
- Collaborate with parents and other service providers to monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Minnesota Department of Education
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with a wide variety of communication needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing and family interview skills
- Previous related experience
