Midland Management LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, fixtures, and equipment, including diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent damage or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure that all maintenance objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, vendors, and contractors to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, including documentation of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Assist with snow and ice removal, leaf removal, and fall cleanup as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance and payroll programs.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including heat, cold, and reasonable heights.
$21-$23 hourly wage.
